Louise Pear Kampot Pepper Marjoram
 A subtle balance between the fruitiness of the pear and the herbaceousness of the marjoram with a very distinctive taste.
 We used pears from the French Alps, Louise Bonne variety, marjoram from Provence and white Kampot pepper from Cambodia.
