Bissap "Hibiscus and Cubeb Pepper"
 This artisanal rum offers a floral, woody and slightly peppery bouquet, thanks to its hibiscus flavors and notes of cloves. Inspired by bissap, a West African drink, it has a ruby color and gives off very floral aromas. The combination with cubeb pepper, native to Indonesia, brings a slight bitterness and a subtle taste of cloves, giving it a distinctive and pronounced character.
